摘 要:目的在小儿肺炎诊断中应用肺炎支原体血清抗体及白细胞检测,分析临床应用价值。方法将2021年1月—2022年1月在张家港市中医医院儿科接受治疗的100例小儿肺炎患儿纳入研究组,并将同期于本院接受健康体检的100例儿童纳入参照组,均通过肺炎支原体血清抗体及白细胞检测,对诊断结果之间存在的差异展开分析。结果研究组血清抗体阳性水平[(9.05±1.24)mU/mL]低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.174,P<0.05);研究组中性粒细胞比例[(0.58±0.20)%]、中性粒细胞绝对值[(4.55±2.02)×10^(9)/L]高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.860、6.044,P<0.05);相较于参照组患儿淋巴细胞比例、淋巴细胞绝对值,研究组患儿淋巴细胞比例[(0.38±0.15)%]、淋巴细胞绝对值[(3.03±1.78)×10^(9)/L]更低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.498、5.401,P<0.05);研究组单核细胞比例[(0.08±0.03)%]、单核细胞绝对值[(0.89±0.52)×10^(9)/L]相对于参照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.428、3.781,P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体血清抗体和白细胞检测在小儿肺炎中的应用价值十分明显。Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum antibody and leukocyte detection of mycoplasma pneu‐moniae in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children.Methods 100 children with pneumonia who received treatment in the Department of Pediatrics of Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the study group,and 100 children who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were included in the reference group.Serum antibodies and white blood cells of mycoplasma pneumoniae were detected to analyze the differences between the diagnostic results.Results The serum antibody positive level[(9.05±1.24)mU/mL]in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.174,P<0.05).The proportion of neutrophil[(0.58±0.20)%]and the absolute value of neutrophil[(4.55±2.02)×10^(9)/L]in study group were higher than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.860,6.044,P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the proportion of lymphocytes[(0.38±0.15)%]and the absolute value of lymphocytes[(3.03±1.78)×10^(9)/L]in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.498,5.401,P<0.05).The proportion of monocytes[(0.08±0.03)%]and the absolute value of monocytes[(0.89±0.52)×10^(9)/L]in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.428,3.781,P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of serum antibody and white blood cell detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae in pediatric pneumonia is very obvious.
