摘　　要：目的讨论肿瘤化疗后便秘疾病患者采取枳术黄芪汤方案疗效及意义。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月北京朝阳中西医结合急诊抢救医院收治的88例肿瘤化疗后便秘疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组44例,对照组采取常规西医疗法,研究组采用枳术黄芪汤方治疗。比较两组中医症状积分、临床有效性。结果治疗后,研究组排便困难、腹胀、腹痛程度评分低于较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总临床有效率为95.45%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.175,P<0.05)。结论与常规西医治疗方案相比较,枳术黄芪汤在肿瘤化疗后便秘疾病患者治疗中的作用更突出。Objective To discuss the efficacy and significance of the Zhizhu Huangqi decoction regimen in patients with constipation disease after tumor chemotherapy.Methods 88 patients with constipation disease after tumor chemo‐therapy admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Integrative Medicine Rescue and First Aid Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group according to the random number table.The control group adopted conventional Western medical therapy,and the study group ad‐opted Zhizhu Huangqi decoction formula.Compared the patients'Traditional Chinese Wedicine symptom scores and clinical effectiveness.Results After treatment,the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group in terms of defecation difficulty,abdominal distension,and abdominal pain level,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effectiveness rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.175,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional Western medicine treatment plan,Zhizhu Huangqi decoction has a more prominent role in the treatment of patients with constipation disease after tumor chemotherapy.
