中药外敷促进无痛拔牙术后患者术后恢复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛拔牙术后患者应用中药外敷对术后恢复的促进效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年10月深圳市宝安区中医院300例接受无痛拔牙术治疗的患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,每组150例。对照组术后予以头孢克肟片联合甲硝唑片治疗,观察组术后予以头孢克肟片+甲硝唑片+中药外敷治疗,比较两组治疗后的生活质量、术后疼痛程度以及不良反应发生情况。结果术后第3天,观察组疼痛(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第7天,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组不良反应发生率(3.33%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.815,P<0.05)。结论无痛拔牙术后患者应用中药外敷治疗的临床效果显著,可促进患者生活质量提升,缓解术后疼痛,且能够有效降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the promotion effect of traditional Chinese medicine external application on postop‐erative recovery in patients after painless tooth extraction.Methods A total of 300 patients receiving painless tooth ex‐traction treatment in Bao'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shenzhen City from May 2021 to Oc‐tober 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefixime tablet combined with metronidazole tablet after surgery,and the observation group was treated with cefixime tablet+metronidazole tablet+external application of tradi‐tional Chinese medicine after surgery.The quality of life,postoperative pain degree and occurrence of adverse reac‐tions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results On the 3rd day after surgery,the Visual Ana‐logue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statis‐tically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observa‐tion group(3.33%)was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.815,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine external application treatment for patients after painless tooth extrac‐tion is remarkable,which can promote the improvement of patients'quality of life,alleviate postoperative pain,and ef‐fectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
