静脉曲张患者行改良大隐静脉曲张手术治疗的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索改良大隐静脉曲张手术对于静脉曲张患者的治疗价值。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年5月莆田华侨医院就诊的60例静脉曲张患者为研究对象,利用随机抽签法将患者分为两组,各30例;对照组应用传统大隐静脉高位结扎伴剥脱术,观察组予以改良术式。分别比较两组临床效果、围术期指标、临床指标评分以及并发症发生率。结果总治疗有效率对比,观察组高于对照组(96.67%vs 73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05);围术期指标对比,观察组的手术时间与住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、静脉临床严重程度评分量表(Venous Clinical Severity Score,VCSS)分数低于观察组,慢性静脉功能不全问卷(Chronic Venous Insufficiency Questionnaire,CIVIQ-14)分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉曲张患者接受改良大隐静脉曲张手术治疗具有更高的临床治疗有效性,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间与住院时间,该术式并发症发生率低,利于病情好转,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the therapeutic value of modified great saphenous vein varicose vein surgery for pa⁃tients with varicose veins.Methods 60 cases of varicose vein patients from May 2022 to May 2023 in Putian Huaqiao Hospital were randomly selected for observation,and the patients were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by the random draw method.The control group applied traditional great saphenous vein high ligation with strip⁃ping,and the observation group was given the improved operation.The differences between the two groups were com⁃pared in terms of clinical effects,perioperative indexes,clinical index scores and the occurrence of complications.Re⁃sults Compared of total therapeutic effectiveness,the observation group was higher than the control group(96.67%vs 73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Venous Clinical Severity Score(VCSS)score,the observation group has a lower value than the control group,and the observation group has a higher value in terms of Chronic Venous Insufficiency Questionnaire(CIVIQ-14)score than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci⁃dence rate of the clinical complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Varicose vein patients undergoing modified great saphenous vein varicose vein surgery has a higher clinical therapeutic efficacy,can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,the procedure has a low incidence of complications,which is conducive to the improvement of the condition,improve the quality of life.
