摘　　要：目的探讨健康行为互动模式对维持性血液透析患者干体质量管理的效果。方法随机选择2020年11月—2022年10月南京鼓楼医院集团仪征医院收治的终末期肾病患者200例,根据随机数表法分组,对照组(n=100)行常规护理,观察组(n=100)采用健康行为互动模式干预。均干预3月后,评估患者自我管理行为,比较患者干体质量管理质量,并分析患者症状负担情况。结果干预后观察组伙伴关系(12.16±2.06)分、情绪处理(11.45±1.94)分、问题解决(15.81±2.40)分、自我护理(23.58±3.27)分,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.320、4.636、5.464、5.316,P<0.05)。干预后观察组透析间期体质量增长值(interdialysis weight gain,IDWG)低于对照组,IDWG达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后在症状负担上观察组生理维度、心理维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者采用健康行为互动模式干预能提高患者自我管理能力,可控制体质量增长,有利于减轻疾病负担。Objective To explore the effect of health behavior interaction model on dry weight management of mainte⁃nance hemodialysis patients.Methods 200 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to Yizheng Hospital of Nan⁃jing Gulou Hospital Group from November 2020 to October 2022 were randomly selected and grouped by random num⁃ber table method,with routine care in the control group(n=100)and health behavior interaction mode intervention in the observation group(n=100).After 3 months of both interventions,the patients'self-management behaviors were as⁃sessed,the quality of patients'dry weight management was compared,and the patients'symptom burden was analyzed.Results The scores of partnership(12.16±2.06)points,emotional management(11.45±1.94)points,problem solving(15.81±2.40)points,and self-care(23.58±3.27)points were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.320,4.636,5.464,5.316,P<0.05).Inter-dialysis weight gain value(IDWG)was lower in the observation group than that in the control group after the in⁃tervention,IDWG attainment rate was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Post-intervention symptom burden of physical dimension and psychological dimension scoresin the ob⁃servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of health behavior interaction model for maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve patients'self-management ability,can control weight gain,and is conducive to reducing the burden of disease.
