集束化护理降低阿扎胞苷注射部位不良反应的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究集束化护理对阿扎胞苷注射部位不良反应的降低作用。方法随机选取2021年6月—2023年5月江苏省盐城市阜宁县人民医院血液科接受阿扎胞苷注射治疗的90例骨髓增生异常综合征患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为两组,各45例,对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行集束化护理。对两组患者注射部位不良反应发生情况、疼痛程度、生活质量进行观察并对比。结果观察组注射部位不良反应发生率仅为6.67%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.406,P=0.036);护理后,观察组视觉模拟评分显著低于对照组,健康调查简表分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可以降低阿扎胞苷注射部位不良反应发生率,能够减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,对骨髓增生异常综合征患者安全治疗非常重要。Objective To explore the effect of bundle nursing on reducing the adverse reactions of azacytidine injec⁃tion site.Methods A total of 90 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome who received azacytidine injection in the he⁃matology department of Funing County People's Hospital of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province from June 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were di⁃vided into two groups,45 cases each,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received clus⁃ter nursing.The occurrence of adverse reactions at injection site,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions at injection site in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.406,P=0.036).After nursing,the Visual Analague Scale score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Short From 36 Health Survey score was higher than that of the control group,the dif⁃ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bundle nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions at the injection site of azacytidine,reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and is very important for the safe treatment of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome.
