探讨中药熏蒸法联合针灸在颈肩腰腿痛中治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对治疗颈肩腰腿痛应用中药熏蒸法联合针灸法的临床效果进行探究。方法随机选取2022年3月—2023年3月郑州大学第三附属医院中医科收治的80例颈肩腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、颈椎及腰椎功能变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。观察组患者颈肩腰腿疼痛消失时间、恢复活动度时间、恢复正常工作时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组颈椎功能评分、腰椎功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取中药熏蒸与针灸联合方案治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床效果显著,可以快速减轻疾病症状,增强颈椎及腰椎功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain.Methods 80 patients with neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected for as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment and 40 the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture.The treatment effect,the time of symptom disappearance,functional changes of cervical spine and lumbar spine were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(82.50%),and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).The time of patients'neck,shoulders,waist and legs pain disappeared time,res⁃toration of mobility and returning to normal work of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth of cervical spine function score and lumbar spine function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the combined program of Chinese medicine fumigation and acu⁃puncture in the treatment of cervical,shoulder,lumbar and leg pain is remarkable,which can quickly reduce the symptoms of the disease and enhance the function of cervical and lumbar vertebrae.
