摘　　要：本文探讨了子宫瘢痕行无痛人工终止妊娠术的护理方法。对子宫瘢痕和其分类进行介绍,并讨论了人工终止妊娠和子宫瘢痕之间的关系。重点描述了术前、术中和术后的护理措施,包括评估病情、进行必要的检查、告知患者手术细节和注意事项、心理护理以及监测患者的病情和反应。对术后并发症的教育和护理进行强调。This article explores the nursing methods for painless artificial termination of pregnancy in patients with uterine scars.The article uterine scars and their classification were introduced,the relationship between artificial ter⁃mination of pregnancy and uterine scars were discussed.The focus is on describing preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative nursing measures,including assessing the patient's condition,conducting necessary examinations,in⁃forming patients about surgical details and precautions,providing psychological care,and monitoring the patient's con⁃dition and response.placed on educating and nursing patients with postoperative complications were emphasized.
