基于“甘温除大热”理论的当归补血汤组方特点探析

摘　　要：李东垣为金元四大家之一,其在内伤发热方面有独到见解,并创立了当归补血汤。本文结合了李东垣在“阴火论”中的论述及“甘温除大热”理论对当归补血汤进行剖析,以探其遣方初衷,此外本文还浅析了当归补血汤中黄芪-当归药对作为拓展,或可为当归补血汤的临床应用带来启示。Li Dongyuan,one of the four masters of the Golden Yuan,had unique views on internal injury fever and established Angelica blood-supplementing Decoction.In this paper,combining Li Dongyuan’s discussion in“Yin Fire theory”and the theory of“sweet and warm to remove big heat”,Angelica Buxue Decoction was analyzed to explore its original intention of sending prescriptions.In addition,this paper also analyzed the astragalus-Angelica drug combination in Angelica Buxue Decoction as an extension,which may bring enlightenment for the clinical application of Angelica Buxue decoction.
