降脂膏治疗颈动脉硬化伴易损斑块患者的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨降脂膏治疗颈动脉硬化伴易损斑块患者的有效性。方法选取2022年1月—2023年8月如皋市中医院脑病科收治的82例证属湿热瘀阻证的颈动脉易损斑块患者。将入选患者按门诊号最后位数字的奇偶性分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例。对照组采用常规式药物干预,治疗组在药物干预基础上加用降脂膏。对比治疗后两种方法的有效性。结果治疗后,治疗组的颈动脉超声指标、血清学指标、CT血管造影指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分(13.43±1.46)分明显优于对照组(17.89±1.67)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.874,P<0.05)。结论针对颈动脉硬化伴易损斑块患者,采用降脂膏治疗可以保证效果,体现出临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Jiangzhi ointment in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis with vulnerable plaque.Methods A total of 82 patients with carotid vulnerable plaque of damp-heat stasis syndrome admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of Rugao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected.The selected patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the parity of the last digit of the outpatient number,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug intervention,and the treatment group was treated with lipid-lowering cream on the basis of drug intervention.Compared the effectiveness of the two methods after treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment group of carotid ultrasound index,serology,CT angiography is superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group(13.43±1.46)points was better than that of the control group(17.89±1.67)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.874,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with carotid atherosclerosis and vulnerable plaque,the treatment of Jiangzhi ointment can guarantee the effect,which reflects the clinical application value.
