低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性结节患者的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的针对甲状腺良性结节患者实施低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗干预,研究其临床疗效以及应用价值分析。方法选择2022年6—2023年6月山亭区人民医院收治的60例甲状腺良性结节患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与参照组,各30例。参照组给予传统手术方法治疗,观察组给予低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗,比较两组临床效果以及并发症发生率。结果观察组切口大小、手术时间、康复时间均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(13.33%)明显低于参照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.355,P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺良性结节患者实施低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗干预对提高临床效果具有明显效果,且明显降低患者的并发症发生率。Objective To implement low-position small-incision thyroid surgery for benign thyroid nodules,and to analyze the clinical efficacy and application value.Methods 60 patients with benign thyroid nodule treated in Shanting District People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and reference group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with low-incision thyroid surgery.The clinical effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The incision size,operation time and recovery time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)..The incidence of complications in observation group(13.33%)was significantly lower than that in reference group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.355,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of low incision thyroid surgery intervention in patients with benign thyroid nodules has obvious effect on improving clinical results and significantly reducing the incidence of complications.
