摘  要:双生空调系统利用分歧管组件进行机械式分流,连接各室内机分歧管长度对该路室内机能力影响较大。为保证各路室内机制冷剂分配均匀,能力输出相当,针对分歧管长度对能力的影响进行理论分析,并结合实验进行验证,最终得出实际安装中分歧管长度差应控制在8 m以内,以保证双生空调系统的稳定运行。The twin air conditioning system utilizes branch pipe components for mechanical flow separation,and the length of branch pipes connecting each indoor unit has a significant impact on the capacity of the indoor unit in that circuit.In order to ensure uniform distribution of refrigerant in each indoor unit and equivalent capacity output,theoretical analysis was conducted on the impact of branch pipe length on capacity,and experimental verification was conducted.Finally,it is suggested that the length difference of the split manifold during actual installation should be controlled within 8 m to ensure the stable operation of the twin air conditioning system.
