摘 要:本研究从铁皮石斛、兜唇石斛和报春石斛等23种石斛属植物的健康根系中分离纯化菌根真菌菌株68株,通过接种铁皮石斛盆栽幼苗进行共生培养,筛选出促生效果显著的真菌11株。结果表明,促生菌根真菌能明显提高铁皮石斛幼苗的成活率和生长率,显著提高铁皮石斛的叶绿素含量,降低丙二醛和过氧化物酶含量,提高铁皮石斛的抗逆性,对铁皮石斛的生长起到促进作用。The 68 strains of mycorrhizal fungi were isolated and purified from the healthy roots of 23 species of Genus Dendrobium,including Dendrobium officinale,Dendrobium aphyllum,Dendrobium primulinum,and 11 strains of fungi with prominent promoting effects were screened by symbiotic culture with Dendrobium officinale seedlings.The results showed that mycorrhizal fungi could significantly increase the survival rate and growth rate of Dendrobium officinale seedlings,significantly increase the chlorophyll content of Dendrobium officinale,reduce the malondialdehyde and peroxidase content,improve the stress resistance of Dendrobium officinale,and promote the growth of Dendrobium officinale.
