摘  要:对马尾松实生种子园自由授粉子代测定林5年生幼林的生长数据进行调查分析,研究马尾松实生种子园家系间的生长遗传变异。结果表明,家系间生长存在显著或极显著差异。以LSD多重比较生长差异达到极显著或显著且材积生长差异大于对照40%作为入选优良家系的条件,初选出25个优良家系,其平均材积、树高和胸径分别为0.02189 m^(3)、5.39 m和8.95 cm,分别比对照高52.01%、13.00%和20.30%,与对照平均值相比的遗传增益分别为5.36%、3.78%和10.49%,说明入选的优良家系增产效果明显,可为建设第2代种子园提供优质材料参考。The growth differences among families in Pinus massoniana seed orchards were studied by investigating the growth of 5-year-old Pinus massoniana trees which were openly pollinated progenies in Pinus massoniana seedling seed orchards.The results showed that there were significant and highly significant differences in growth among the families.Based on the condition that the growth difference of LSD multiple comparisons was extremely significant and significant,and the volume growth difference was 40%greater than that of the control,twenty-five excellent families were preliminarily selected,and their average volume,tree height and DBH were 0.02189 m^(3),5.39 m and 8.95 cm,respectively,which wre52.01%,13.00%and 20.30%higher than those of the control respectively.Compared with the control mean,the genetic gain was 5.36%,3.78%and 10.49%,respectively.It was coneluded that the selected good families have obvious yield-increasing effect and could provide high quality materials for the construction of the second generation seed orchard.
