摘 要:基于目前已有电力交易市场及碳交易市场背景,寻求用户自备电厂与风电发电企业交易双方利益最大化及促进风电消纳的微电网日前经济调度方法。针对高比例DG接入的微电网存在调峰难度大、分布式能源消纳难的问题,提出用户自备电厂发电权的交易机制,传统能源电厂获取发电权和碳排放权交易的收益,新能源发电商获得发电盈利的收益,引导优质的新能源发电容量置换老旧的传统能源容量,提升发电的经济性及环保性;同时,建立新能源+独立用户直接交易模型,引导用户侧资源参与新能源消纳,用户在交易过程中获取消纳新能源的收益,新能源发电商通过支付用户响应成本获取发电额度,提升发电收益。算例结果表明,在用户侧和清洁能源端开展发电权交易对于风电消纳具有较高的经济性和可行性。Based on the existing electricity trading market and carbon trading market background,this work seeks a micro-grid day-ahead economic dispatching method that maximizes the interests of both sides of the user-provided power plant and the wind power generation trading right and promotes the wind power consumption and absorption.In view of the difficulties of peak shaving and distributed energy consumption in the micro-grid integrated with high proportion of DG,this paper proposes a transaction mechanism for power generation rights of user-provided power plants,in which traditional power plants acquire the benefits of power generation rights and carbon emission rights,and new energy power producers obtain the benefits of power generation profits,so as to guide high-quality new energy power generation capacity to replace the old traditional energy capacity,and improve the economy and environmental protection of power generation.At the same time,the new energy+independent user direct transaction model is established to guide the user-side resources to facilitate new energy consumption and absorption.The user obtains the income from the new energy consumption in the transaction process.The new energy obtains the power generation quota by paying the user response cost,and improves the power generation income.The results of the example show that the transaction of power generation rights between user side and clean energy side is highly economic and feasible for wind power consumption and absorption.
