过电压保护器击穿引起的10 kV母联开关柜事故原因浅析

摘　　要：某35 kV变电站10 kV母联开关柜内过电压保护器在运行过程中被击穿,导致开关柜内相间短路并起火,事故引发母联开关与1号主变低压侧开关跳闸,造成10 kV I母整段失压。根据现场设备检查情况、后台报文内容及保护动作情况对事故过程展开分析,结合过电压保护器工作原理,对该安全隐患的排查方案提出建议。The overvoltage protector in the 10 kV bus coupler cubicle of a certain 35 kV substation got breakdown during operation and resulted in a short circuit and fire.The accident caused tripping of the bus coupler switch and the low-voltage side switch of#1 main transformer and consequently voltage absence in the 10 kV I bus.This paper analyzes the accident process according to the field equipment inspection,background message content,and protection activation.Based on working principle of overvoltage protector,this paper proposes the troubleshooting scheme for potential safety risks.
