摘  要:为解决国内某核电厂高压缸轴封漏汽问题,对漏汽现象、轴封腔室压力参数及相关设备检修情况进行原因分析。通过对可能原因逐一进行排查,确定了机组运行期间汽封块低齿与转子凸肩错位是导致高压缸蒸汽溢出量大的主要原因,轴封管路节流是导致轴封抽汽能力不足的主要原因。因此,将汽封块每段2道低齿改成3道低齿,以防止与转子凸肩错位;同时增大轴封抽汽管道内径,对轴封体接口位置进行打磨,扩大抽汽面积,彻底解决高压缸轴封漏汽问题。In view of steam leakage defect in the high-pressure turbine cylinder shaft seal of a domestic nuclear plant,causal analysis was carried out through phenomenon of steam leakage,chamber pressure parameters of shaft seal,and related equipment maintenance.The possible causes were systematically investigated,and it was determined that low teeth ofsealing block and misalignment with the rotor shoulder during unit operation were main reasons for the large amount of steam overflow from the high-pressure cylinder,and throttling of shaft seal pipeline was the main reason for insufficient suction capacity of the shaft seal.To address the defect,the innovation was made to change every two low teeth of sealing block to three low teeth to prevent misalignment with the rotor shoulder.And moreover,inner diameter of the shaft seal suction pipeline was enlarged,and interface position of the shaft seal body was polished smoothly,enlarging the suction area,thus completely solving the problem of steam leakage of high-pressure cylinder shaft seal.
