摘　　要：针对当前大国竞争环境对情报界的新要求,美国国家情报总监办公室于2023年8月9日发布《2023年国家情报战略》,旨在重新界定情报界的愿景和使命,为情报界未来发展指明方向。该战略阐明了美国情报界未来工作的6大目标,反映了情报界在新的战略环境及军事竞争中的重点任务与举措,并将其作为指导美国情报界开展未来工作、投资计划和优先行动的纲领性文件。In response to the new demands placed on the intelligence community in the current environment of great power competition,the U.S.Office of the Director of National Intelligence(ODNI)released the 2023 National Intelligence Strategy on August 9th,2023,which is intended to redefine the vision and mission of the intelligence community and to set the direction for the future development of the intelligence community.The Strategy identifies six goals for the future work of the U.S.intelligence community,reflects the community’s priority missions and initiatives in the new strategic environment and military competition,and will serve as a programmatic document to guide the U.S.intelligence community’s future work,investment plans,and priority actions.
