北宋秘书省位置及其职能变化考论

摘　　要：北宋初,作为中国古代主管书籍贮藏、校对、编写等事务机构的秘书省有名无实,仅掌祭祀祝文相关职务,位置设于宫外光化坊。直至元丰五年,元丰改制后以宫中的崇文院为秘书省,秘书省恢复了图籍管理职能,此后名实相符。改制后,秘书省因多次增扩、重建产生机构位置的变化,也意味着其职能逐步明晰,并与图籍管理职能直接相关。The imperial library,responsible for the storage,proofreading,writing and compiling of books in ancient China,was merely a nominal institution in charge of writing sacrificial texts in the early Northern Song Dynasty and was located in Guanghua Lane outside the palace.It was not until the Yuanfeng Restructuring starting from the fifth year of Yuanfeng period that Chongwen Yuan(the Institute for the Veneration of Literature)in the palace was developed into the Imperial Library,which restored its actual function of booKmanagement.Since the restructuring,the Imperial Library’s functions have been gradually clarified and directly related to its booKmanagement function due to the many expansions ever after.
