弹穴位情绪释放法对老年痴呆专职护理员负性情绪的影响效果观察

摘　　要：探讨弹穴位情绪释放法对老年痴呆专职护理员抑郁、焦虑、压力负性情绪的影响。选取照护老年痴呆的专职护理员47名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予人性化管理、老年专科知识及技能培训,研究组在其基础上增加弹穴位情绪释放法。连续干预8周后,两组护理员分项评分均较干预前有所降低,对照组抑郁评分较干预前差异明显,焦虑及压力分值较干预前比较差异不明显,研究组三项评分较干预前差异明显;研究组各分项评分均明显优于对照组,差异明显。The effect of acupoint-flicking emotional release therapy on depression,anxiety,and negative stress emotions in full-time nursing staff for Alzheimer’s is explored.A total of 47 full-time caregivers for Alzheimer’s were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received humanistic management,specialized knowledge and skills training for the elderly,while the research group added acupoint-flicking emotional release therapy on top of it.After 8 consecutive weeks of intervention,the sub scores of the two groups of caregivers decreased compared to before the intervention.The depression score of the control group showed a significant difference compared to before the intervention,while the anxiety and stress scores showed no significant difference compared to before the intervention.The three scores of the study group showed a significant difference compared to before the intervention;the scores of each sub item in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant differences.
