天花粉多糖对正常大鼠镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：探究天花粉多糖粗提物对正常大鼠的痛觉调节作用。通过灌胃正常大鼠5,20,80 mg/mL三种浓度的天花粉多糖水溶液,在给药的5,10,15,20,30,45,60 min后的7个时间节点进行热板和压板实验,测定其后爪缩爪反应潜伏期。结果显示,不同浓度天花粉多糖水溶液对于正常大鼠均具有镇痛效果,在30 min时镇痛效果最佳,镇痛效果会持续一定的时间,说明天花粉多糖在发挥药效的同时可能兼具镇痛效果。To investigate the effect of trichosanthin polysaccharide on pain in normal rats.The experiment was performed by gavage of trichosanthin polysaccharide(TSP)in three concentrations(5,20,80 mg/mL)in water at 7 time points after 5,10,15,20,30,45,60 min of administration,hindpaw withdrawal latencies were measured.The results showed that different concentrations of trichosanthin had analgesic effect on normal rats,and the analgesic effect was the best at 30 min,and the analgesic effect would last for a certain time.It is suggested that pollen polysaccharide may have analgesic effect as well as drug effect.
