摘 要:为评估海南桑叶种质资源的品质,采用紫外分光光度法测定桑叶中总黄酮的含量;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定桑叶中绿原酸、芦丁、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素的含量。结果表明:台湾长果桑总黄酮含量最高,为5.97%;绿原酸含量最高的为一串红,0.429%;芦丁含量最高的为一串红,为0.284%;桂桑6号异槲皮素的含量最高,为0.253%,农桑14号紫云英苷的含量最高,为0.087%;桂桑6号槲皮素的含量最高,为0.008 2%。经分析评价,筛选出台湾长果桑、油桑、桂桑优12黄酮成分含量较高的桑叶资源,可根据需要选择栽种品种。The content of total flavonoids in mulberry leaves was determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the content of chlorogenic acid,rutin,isoquercitrin,zeylopectin,and quercetin in mulberry leaves was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to assess the quality of Hainan mulberry leaf germplasm resources.The results showed that the total flavonoid content of Taiwang fruit mulberry was the highest,at 5.97%.The highest content of chlorogenic acid is Yizuhong mulberry,0.429%.The content of rutin was the highest at 0.284%.The content of isoquercetin in Guisang No.6 is the highest,0.253%,and that in Nongsang No.14 is the highest,0.087%.Guisang No.6 has the highest content of quercetin,0.0082%.After analysis and evaluation,we screened out the mulberry leaf resources with high flavonoid content of Taiwan long-fruit mulberry,oil mulberry,and Guisangyou No.12,which can be selected for planting according to their needs.
