摘 要:风电叶片制造质量的优劣与风电机组安全运行密切相关。文中提出一种基于模糊层次分析法的风电叶片制造质量评价方法,以原材料、铺层及灌注、粘结过程、成品检查、包装贮存等生产流程构建评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法对叶片各生产流程及整体制造质量进行评估。应用该评价方法进行实例分析表明,该方法可以较为客观地反映叶片各个生产环节及总体叶片制造质量水平,为风电场了解叶片制造质量情况及叶片成品验收提供科学的参考。The manufacturing level of wind turbine blade is closely related to the safe operation of wind turbine.This paper presents a wind blade manufacturing quality evaluation based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model,which builds index model with raw materials,layer and perfusion,bonding process,product inspection,packaging,storage and other production processes.Through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate leaf quality of the whole process of manufacture.The example shows that the method objectively reflects each production link and the overall blade manufacturing quality level.It can provide scientific reference for wind farm to know the blade manufacturing quality accurately and for the acceptance of blade finished products.
