摘 要:为提升船舶发电机组整机模态分析的效率,获得其动力学特性,在最小二乘复频域(PolyMAX)算法的基础上,提出了船舶发电机组整机的三维模型和计算模型,分别运用有限元分析软件和锤击实验进行计算模态和实验模态分析,得到船舶发电机组前6阶的固有频率和振型。结果表明,建立的有限元模型满足精度要求,其薄弱环节为发电机外壳、电动机外壳和轴系;类似发电机组整机的这种大型设备同样可以通过有限元方法获得其动力学特性。机组的一阶模态频率与激励的二倍频率相近,针对发生共振的情况,提出合理加装加强筋、肋板及增加机脚约束方式的改进方法和减振措施。To improve the efficiency of modal analysis for the ship's generator set and obtain its dynamic characteristics,a three-dimensional model and computational model for the ship's generator set were proposed based on the PolyMAX algorithm in the least squares complex frequency domain.Modal analysis was carried out using finite element analysis software and impact testing to respectively calculate the computational modes and experimental modes of the ship's generator set,obtaining the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes.A comparison of the two sets of results indicates that the established finite element model meets the precision requirements,identifying the weak points as the generator casing,motor casing,and shaft system.It was found that large equipment such as the generator set can similarly obtain its dynamic characteristics using the finite element method.The first modal frequency of the unit is close to twice of the excitation frequency.To address resonance issues,reasonable improvement methods and vibration reduction measures,such as adding reinforcing ribs,plates,and increasing the constraints of the machine feet,are proposed.
