摘 要:试验选用墨兰‘潮州素荷’的新老成苗作为母苗,分别在人工气候室与栽培大棚内进行栽培对比试验。经过2个月的培养,结果表明,在主要气候因子中,人工气候室内的昼夜温差和高光照量有利于‘潮州素荷’的叶芽与新根的分化,其新老成苗的叶芽增殖、新根增殖和叶片营养含量明显优于栽培大棚。人工气候室栽培的新老成苗新长叶芽数倍率分别是栽培大棚的2.0倍与1.4倍,新长根数倍率分别是栽培大棚的3.7倍与2.0倍。用Duncan法进行显著性分析比较得出,人工气候室的叶绿素含量相对值与氮含量均显著(P<0.05)高于大棚。因此,本次试验为墨兰在人工气候室内高效栽培技术提供了新的方向,为后续高价值墨兰的高效栽培提供技术支持。In this experiment,the new and old mature seedlings of Cymbidium sinense‘Chaozhousuhe’were selected as the mother seedlings,and the comparative cultivation experiments were conducted in the phytotron and the greenhouse respectively.After two months of cultivation,the results showed that the temperature difference between day and night and the high-light intensity were conducive to the differentiation of leaf buds and new roots of‘Chaozhousuhe’in the phytotron among the main climate indicators,and the leaf buds proliferation,new roots proliferation and leaf nutrient content of the new and old seedlings in the phytotron were significantly better than those of the greenhouse.The multiplication rate of new leaf buds cultivated in the phytotron were 2.0 times and 1.4 times of that in the greenhouse respectively,the multiplication rate of new new roots cultivated in the phytotron were 3.7 times and 2.0 times of that in the greenhouse respectively.The Duncan method was used for significance analysis and comparison,and it was found that the relative value of chlorophyll content and nitrogen content in the phytotron were significantly higher than those in the greenhouse(P<0.05).Therefore,this experiment provided a new direction for the research of efficient cultivation technology of Cymbidium sinense in the phytotron,and provides technical support for the highly efficient cultivation of high-value Cymbidium sinense in the future.
