摘 要:目的 提高中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养,改善相关结局。方法 将58例中青年脑卒中患者按照住院病区分为对照组和试验组各29例。在常规治疗护理的基础上对照组采用常规健康素养干预,试验组构建并应用电子健康素养交互模型干预方案,包括功能性、沟通性、批判性和转化性电子健康素养。结果 两组电子健康素养、Barthel指数、自我管理行为、汉密尔顿焦虑抑郁评分的时间效应、干预效应、交互效应显著,试验组干预后、干预后1个月、3个月的各项评分显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 电子健康素养交互模型干预方案有利于提高中青年脑卒中患者的电子健康素养水平,改善日常生活自理能力和自我管理能力,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective To enhance the e-health literacy of young and middle-aged stroke patients,and to improve the related outcomes.Methods Fifty-eight young and middle-aged stroke patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to their assigned hospital wards,with 29 patients in each group.Based on conventional treatment and nursing care,the control group followed a routine health literacy intervention,while the experimental group received an intervention program based on the Transactional Model of eHealth Literacy,which included components related to functional,communicative,critical,and transformational e-health literacy.Results The time,intervention and time-intervention interaction effects of e-health literacy,Barthel Index,self-management behaviors,anxiety and depression scores were statistically significant between the two groups,and the scores of the above variables in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in the post-intervention period,one month and three months after the intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention program based on the Transactional Model of eHealth Literacy is conducive to enhancing the e-health literacy level of young and middle-aged stroke patients,improving their ability of self-care and self-management in daily life,and alleviating their anxiety and depression emotion.
