摘  要:传统安全稳定控制系统(简称“稳控系统”)的技术模式及架构体系已无法满足新型电力系统发展趋势下的高要求。该文针对新型电力系统对安全稳定控制领域带来的新要求和新挑战,提出了适应海量多类型控制资源接入和复杂多变运行方式的新型稳控系统架构,构建了新型稳控装置的标准化、数字化技术体系;提出了稳定控制策略的轻量化建模方案,形成了稳控装置功能策略的灵活组态方法。所形成的设计方案已初步在电网实际安全稳定控制系统中应用。The technical model and architecture system of the traditional security and stability control system can no longer meet the high requirements under the development trend of new power systems.For the new requirements and challenges brought by the new power system to the field of security and stability control,this paper proposes a new stability control system architecture system that adapts to the access of massive multitype control resources and complex and changeable operation modes and builds the standardized and digital technical system of the new stability control device.The lightweight modeling scheme of the stability control strategy is proposed,and the flexible configuration method of the functional strategy of the stability control device is formed.The formed design scheme has been initially applied in the actual security and stability control system of Guangdong power grid.
