摘　　要：立足陕西电力发展实际,分析新型电力系统带来的挑战,研判陕西新型电力系统发展趋势,提出了陕西构建新型电力系统的总体形态,包括:“双碳”背景下的中远期电力需求、新型电力系统合理电源结构、外送电模式探讨和中远期目标网架方案设想。描绘了陕西新型电力系统发展的总体形态,总结了陕西新型电力系统的演化路径,结果表明,陕西新型电力系统构建的举措、路径,能够支撑陕西经济和社会的高质量发展。Based on the actual development of Shaanxi province’s power industry,this paper looks into the challenges brought by the new power system,evaluates the development trend of Shaanxi’s new power system,and proposes the overall form of Shaanxi’s new power system,which covers the medium and long-term electricity demand under the background of"Dual Carbon",the rational power supply structure of the new power system,the exploration of external power transmission mode,and the scheme of the medium and long-term target grid network.The overall form of Shaanxi's new power system development is described,and the evolution path of the system is summarized.The study result shows that the measures and paths for constructing Shaanxi’s new type power system will not only support the high-quality economic and social development of the province,but also provide references for the energy transformation and high-quality development of power grids in Shaanxi and even northwest regions.
