福建省某革命老区疾病预防控制中心主要卫生资源配置及公平性分析

摘　　要：收集福建省某革命老区疾控中心主要卫生资源数据,采用集中指数、基尼系数分析其资源配置的公平性。研究结果显示,截至2021年,福建省某革命老区疾控中心在编人员317人,学历以大学本科为主;年收入明显增加,物力资源配置水平明显改善。但主要卫生资源配置的集中指数几乎都大于0.1,存在偏向经济较好区域的不公平现象;按人口分布和按地理面积配置的公平性较好。福建省某革命老区疾控中心应进一步提升疾控中心卫生人力、财力和物力资源总量,因地制宜优化卫生资源配置,筑牢公共卫生体系建设之基。The data of main health resources of CDC in an old revolutionary base area in Fujian province was collected,and the fairness of resource allocation was analyzed by the concentration index and Gini coefficient.The research results show that,by 2021,the CDC has 317 employees,mainly college degree.The annual income has increased significantly,and the allocation of material resources has been significantly improved.However,the concentration index of major health resource allocation is almost all greater than 0.1,and there is a tendency to better economic regions.The fairness of allocation by population distribution or allocation by geographical area is better.The CDC of an old revolutionary base area in Fujian Province should improve the total amount of health resources of the CDC and optimize the allocation of health resources according to local conditions,so as to build a solid foundation for the construction of the public health system.
