摘　　要：在我国快速老龄化的背景下,成立社区自组织能够满足老年人的参与需求,还有助于老年群体参与社区治理。社会工作作为专业的培育方法,要充分发挥老年群体的主观能动性,在培育的不同阶段积极转变培育角色,社会工作者不仅是自组织的培育者和陪伴者,还是项目服务的提供者、策划者、推动者和评估者等,在具体的培育阶段又扮演着支持者、使能者、倡导者、教育者和资源链接者等角色。In the context of rapid aging in my country,the establishment of community self-organization for the elderly can meet the participation needs of the elderly,and also help elderly groups to participate in community governance.As a professional cultivation method,social work gives full play to the subjective initiative of the elderly group,and actively transforms the cultivation role in different stages of cultivation.Social workers are not only self-organized cultivists and companions,but also project services providers,planners,planners,planners,planners,planners,planners,and planners.Promotional and appraisers,etc.,played roles such as supporters,entertainment,advocates,educators,and resource linkers in the specific cultivation stage.
