摘　　要：发展全过程人民民主这一重要论断,为我国社会主义民主政治建设指明了方向。主政浙江期间,习近平明确提出建设“法治浙江”,发展社会主义民主政治,有效地推动了浙江的基层民主政治建设,取得了极为重要的阶段性成果。不仅为本世纪以来浙江推动社会主义民主政治建设提供了科学的行动指南,而且为我国发展全过程人民民主予以弥足珍贵的启示,进而在基于推进基层民主政治建设的创新做法、路径及实践方面进行探索。Democracy is a common value of all mankind and an important concept that the Com-munist Party of China and the Chinese people have always adhered to.The important thesis of de-veloping whole-process people's democracy pointed out the direction for the construction of so-cialist democratic politics in China.During his administration in Zhejiang,Xi Jinping clearly put forward the construction of"Rule of law in Zhejiang",the development of socialist democracy,and effectivepromotion of the building of grassroots democratic politics in Zhejiang,which achieved extremely important phased results.It has not only provided a scientific guide for Zhejiang to pro-mote the construction of socialist democratic politics since this century,but also given precious en-lightenments for the whole process of the development of people's democracy in the country.
