摘 要:随着汽车行业的蓬勃发展,汽车客户对于汽车内外饰件提出了越来越高的要求。为了解决塑料电镀整槽零件的镀层厚度均匀性不一致的问题,本文进行了多次实验设计并开展了相关测试。结果表明:通过对挂具进行合理设计,在挂具上相对电流密度不同的位置,设计长短不同的挂钩,电流密度低的位置,挂钩长,电流密度高的位置,挂钩短,即将挂具整体外观设计为半球面形状,可以确保挂具上不同位置的零件上的电流密度分布大致相同,从而使得不同位置上零件的镀层厚度更为均匀。该设计有效的提高了电镀产品的合格率,既不增加电镀成本,又可满足主流主机厂对汽车零部件质量更高的要求。With the vigorous development of the automotive industry,customers have put forward increasingly high requirements for the interior and exterior decorations of cars.In order to solve the problem of inconsistent thickness uniformity of plastic electroplating coatings,multiple experimental designs and related tests were conducted in this paper.The results show that by designing the hanging device reasonably and designing hooks with different lengths at different positions with different relative current densities,making the hooks longer in positions with low current densities and shorter in positions with high current densities,namely,to design the overall appearance of the hanging device as a hemispherical shape,it can ensure that the current density distribution on the parts at different positions on the hanging fixture is roughly the same,thereby making the coating thickness of the parts at different positions more uniform.This design effectively improves the pass rate of electroplating products,without increasing electroplating costs,and can meet the higher quality requirements of mainstream main engine plants for automotive components.
