摘　　要：目的分析性病门诊女性就诊者梅毒血清学检测阳性状况及其影响因素。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月性病门诊女性就诊者567例展开研究。采用面对面调查问卷的形式对就诊者的情况展开调查,并采集血样进行梅毒检测,采用单因素分析法和多因素Logistic回归分析法分析性病门诊女性就诊者梅毒血清学检测阳性的影响因素。结果567份病例中,164例阳性,阳性率为28.92%,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(20~49岁)、受教育程度低、性病知晓程度低、有毒品注射史、有近3个月非婚内性行为均是性病门诊女性就诊者梅毒血清学检测阳性的独立危险因素。结论性病门诊女性就诊者的梅毒血清学检测阳性率较高,需针对20~49岁、受教育程度低、性病知晓程度低、有毒品注射史、有近3个月非婚内性行为人员展开性病防治的相关宣传教育,控制梅毒的广泛传播。Objective To analyze the positive status and influencing factors of syphilis serological testing among female patients in sexually transmitted disease clinics.Methods A study was conducted on 567 female sexually transmitted disease outpatient patients from January 2020 to December 2022.A face-to-face survey questionnaire was used to investigate the situation of patients and blood samples were collected for syphilis testing.Single factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of positive syphilis serological testing among female patients in sexually transmitted disease clinics.Results Among the 567 cases,164 were positive,with a positive rate of 28.92%,the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(20-49 years old),low education level,low awareness of sexually transmitted diseases,a history of drug injection,and nearly 3 months of non marital sexual activity were independent risk factors for syphilis serological test positive among female patients in sexually transmitted disease clinics.Conclusion The positive rate of syphilis serological testing among female patients in sexually transmitted disease clinics is relatively high,and it is necessary to carry out relevant publicity and education on sexually transmitted disease prevention and control for individuals aged 20-49,with low education level,low awareness of sexually transmitted diseases,a history of drug injection,and nearly 3 months of non marital sexual activity,in order to control the widespread spread of syphilis.
