摘　　要：目的研究非酒精性脂肪肝与门静脉血栓形成的相关性及实验室预测指标。方法采用单因素分析方法比较脂肪肝合并血栓组与脂肪肝组间总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白等实验室指标差异,采用多因素logistic回归分析脂肪肝患者门静脉血栓发生的独立危险因素。采用卡方检验,观察脂肪肝与门静脉血栓发生部位的相关性。结果单因素分析显示,两组间超敏C反应蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素logistic回归分析显示,超敏C反应蛋白为脂肪肝患者门静脉血栓发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。脂肪肝与门静脉血栓发生部位具有较好的一致性(P=0.022)。结论脂代谢异常与门静脉血栓发生相关,超敏C反应蛋白可作为脂肪肝患者门静脉血栓的预测指标。Objective To study the correlation and laboratory predictors of nonalcoholic fatty liver and portal vein thrombosis.Methods Univariate analysis was used to compare the differences in total cholesterol,and low-density lipoproteins and other laboratory indexes between heavy liver patients with portal vein thrombosis and the fatty liver group.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors of portal vein thrombosis in fatty liver patients.Vhi-square test was used to observe the correlation between fatty liver and the site of portal vein thrombosis.Results Univariate analysis showed statistically significant differences in hypersensitive C-reactive protein,total cholesterol,low-density lipoproteins,and high-density lipoproteins between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypersensitive C-reactive protein was an independent risk factor for portal vein thrombosis in patients with fatty liver disease(P<0.05).There was a good agreement between fatty liver and portal vein thrombosis site(P=0.022).Conclusion Abnormal lipid metabolism is associated with portal vein thrombosis,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein can predict portal vein thrombosis in patients with fatty liver.
