摘 要:电芯是储能装置的核心组件,其质量与性能对电池的整体质量和性能有着至关重要的影响。电芯连接片貼胶粘贴位置精度的检测是电芯制造过程中关键的一环,其准确性和精度直接决定了电芯的结构稳定性与可靠性。作为传统检测方法,人工检测法简单易行,但其中仍存在测量精度难以保证、检测速度慢等问题。文章采用机器视觉技术,基于MATLAB软件对电芯连接片贴胶图像在HSV色彩空间基础上进行了颜色分割,通过图像滤波、边缘检测、轮廓提取等手段实现了电芯连接片贴胶粘贴位置的精度自动检测,不仅有利于提高检测效率和质量,还有利于降低工人的劳动强度。The electric core is the core component of the energy storage device,and its quality and.performance have a crucial impact on the overall quality and performance of the battery.The detection of the accuracy of the adhesive bonding position of the electric core connector is a crucial part of the electric core manufacturing process,and its accuracy and precision directly determine the structural stability and reliability of the electric core.As a traditional detection method,manual detection is simple and easy to implement,but there are still problems such as difficulty in ensuring measurement accuracy and slow detection speed.This article uses machine vision technology and MATLAB software to perform color segmentation on the adhesive image of electric core connectors in HSV color space.Through image filtering,edge detection,contour extraction and other methods,the accuracy of the adhesive position of electric core connectors is automatically detected.This not only improves the detection efficiency and quality,but also reduces the labor intensity of workers.
