摘  要:为部分替代亚麻/棉、大麻/棉混纺纱,提升棕榈纤维的应用前景与产品附加值,对已脱胶的棕榈纤维进行牵切、开松,在棉纺设备上纺制了41.7 tex棉/棕榈纤维65/35混纺纱,确定各道纺纱工艺参数及配置。同时对细纱进行尿素浸渍处理,测试了混纺纱的机械性能。结果表明:通过合理配置纺纱工艺和进行尿素浸渍处理后,混纺纱的断裂强度达10.19 cN/tex;条干均匀,条干CV值达18.5%;纱线柔软,柔软度达244捻/20 cm;混纺纱表面光洁,毛羽较少,3 mm以上毛羽指数为25。To partly replace linen/cotton and hemp/cotton blended yarn and improve application prospect and product added value of palm fiber,the degummed palm fiber is treated by stretch-breaking and opening process with cotton carding prototype,and the 41.7 tex cotton/palm fibre blended yarn is spun on cotton spinning equipment.The spinning technological parameters and configuration are discussed.The mechanical properties of the blended yarn are tested after dipped with urea.The results show that after the spinning process and urea dipping processing,breaking strength of the blended yarn is 10.19 cN/tex;the yarn evenness is good with CV%of 18.5%;the yarn is soft with a softness of 244 twist/20 cm;the surface of blended yarn is smooth,less hairiness with a fuzz index of 25 for yarns larger than 3mm.
