摘  要:为开发一种应用于皮肤伤口的促止血修复医用敷料,采用静电纺丝技术结合冷冻干燥法制备聚己内酯(PCL)/明胶(GT)纳米纤维膜与壳聚糖(CS)-多巴胺(DA)海绵相复合的双层敷料。对复合材料的微观形貌、化学结构、凝血性能、血小板黏附性能及大鼠伤口愈合效果进行了研究。结果表明:与纱布和市售明胶海绵相比,纳米纤维膜/CS-DA海绵复合材料的凝血指数更低,且可促进血小板黏附,具有良好的促凝血性能;复合材料及担载基质细胞衍生因子-1α(SDF-1α)的复合材料可促进大鼠全层皮肤缺损伤口闭合,显示出促伤口愈合的潜力。In order to develop a wound dressing with effective hemostasis and wound healing properties,a composite dressing composed of poly-ε-caprolactone(PCL)/gelatin(GT)nanofibrous membrane and chitosan(CS)-dopamine(DA)sponge is fabricated via electrospinning and freeze-drying methods.The morphology,chemical structure,coagulation property,platelet adhesion property and wound healing performance in rats of the composite dressing are evaluated.The results show that compared with the gauze and commercially available gelatin sponge,the nanofibrous membrane/CS-DA sponge composite exhibits lower blood clotting index and higher platelet adhesion,indicating good hemostatic property.Moreover,the composite and stromal cell-derived factor-1α(SDF-1α)immobilized composite can accelerate wound closure in the rat full thickness wound model,demonstrating the potential for wound healing application.
