摘  要:总结了一款异经密莫代尔纤维与蚕蛹蛋白纤维交织物的生产要点。经纱采用不同颜色的14.7 tex莫代尔纤维单纱和14.7 tex×2莫代尔纤维股线,纬纱采用14.7 tex米白色蚕蛹蛋白纤维纱。介绍了产品的开发思路、织物规格、色纱排列等。通过调整络筒、整浆、织造工艺,特别是采取相关措施克服了停车档疵点,确保了产品的顺利生产。最终平均织机效率达89.4%,下机一等品率为98.1%,成品滑爽度为0.76,透气率为872.5 mm/s。认为:开发的产品手感滑爽,透气性高,可满足服用要求。Production key points of different warp density modal fiber and silkworm pupa protein fiber interwoven fabric are summarized.14.7 tex modal fiber single yarn and 14.7 tex×2 modal fiber double strands in different colors are used as warp,14.7 tex silkworm pupa protein fiber single yarn is used as weft,and smooth and good air permeability different warp density fabric is developed.Product development idea,fabric specifications and color yarn arrangement are introduced,difficulties encountered in production are analyzed.Through technology innovation in winding,warping-sizing and weaving,especially avoiding stop mark,successful production is ensured.The average loom efficiency can reach 89.4%,the first-class product rate can reach 98.1%,and after testing,the smoothness of fabric is 0.76 and air permeability is 872.5 mm/s.It is considered that the developed product has smooth handle and good air permeability,which can meet the requirements for wearing.
