摘  要:采用静电纺丝法制备不同珍珠粉含量的聚丙烯腈/珍珠纳米纤维膜(PPFM),对其功能性能如远红外发射、紫外防护、电阻率和吸水性进行研究。试验结果表明:珍珠粉能赋予聚丙烯腈(PAN)良好的远红外发射性能,当珍珠粉质量分数增大到9%时,PPFM膜在8~14μm波长范围内的平均远红外发射率提高到0.795,UV防护系数(UPF)达到968。此外,添加珍珠粉后,PPFM膜的电阻率和吸水性能均有所提高。研究表明,珍珠粉可以赋予聚丙烯腈多种功能性。Polyacrylonitrile/pearl nanofiber membranes(PPFM)with different contents of pearl powder are prepared by electrospinning method,and their functional properties such as far-infrared emission,UV protection,electrical resistivity,and water absorption are studied.The experimental results show that pearl powder can endow polyacrylonitrile(PAN)with good far-infrared emission performance.When the mass fraction of pearl powder increases to 9%,the average infrared emission rate of PPFM film in the wavelength range of 8~14μm increases to 0.795,and the UV protection factor(UPF)eaches 968.In addition,after adding pearl powder,the resistivity and water absorption performance of PPFM film are improved.Research has shown that pearl powder can endow polyacrylonitrile with multiple functionalities.
