摘　　要：目的调查西安地区正畸患者[牙合]平面偏斜的发生率及相关因素。方法本研究为回顾性研究。纳入200例西安交通大学口腔医院正畸初诊患者的颅面的锥形束CT资料,探究[牙合]平面偏斜的发生率及分布,并分析与[牙合]平面偏斜相关的可能因素。结果口腔专科医院正畸初诊患者中[牙合]平面偏斜的发生率约为18.5%。二元Logistic回归分析显示上颌双侧尖牙牙冠垂直向高度差每增加1 mm,[牙合]平面偏斜的患病率增加为原来的2.49倍(P=0.025)。结论[牙合]平面偏斜在正畸初诊患者中发生率较高,上颌双侧尖牙垂直向高度差异是此错畸形的相关因素。Objective The study investigates the incidence and risk factors of occlusal plane cant among orthodontic patients in Xi’an.Methods Cone-beam CT scans of 200 orthodontic patients were included to measure the degrees,incidence and the distribution of occlusal plane cant.We also analyzed the risk factors of occlusal plane deviation.Results The incidence of occlusal plane deviation of the orthodontic patients is approximately 18.5%.A one-millimeter increase in the crown vertical height difference between the maxillary bilateral canines resulted in a 2.49-fold increase in the prevalence of occlusal plane deviation(P=0.025).Conclusions These results suggest that the incidence of occlusal plane cant is quite high in the initial orthodontic diagnosis.Therefore,The difference in vertical height between the maxillary bilateral canines is a risk factor for this malocclusion.
