摘　　要：中国式现代化城市治理,是以中国式现代化理论为依托,以习近平总书记关于城市治理现代化的重要论述为引领,以中国城市治理的生动实践为基础,探索形成旨在推动和保障中国式现代化目标行稳致远的独特新型城市治理模式,既有与全球所有城市相同的治理特征,更具有基于中国国情、体现时代特征、彰显我国社会主义制度优势的鲜明特色。在中国式现代化推进过程中,城市治理实践在公共服务供给、治理体制运行、城市结构分异、民众公共意识、风险韧性治理、城乡跨域协同等方面面临问题与挑战。因此,中国式现代化城市治理应以推动特大超大城市治理现代化为引领,着力构建完善以系统化、融合型党建为引领的城市治理新体系,通过政社合作共治和上下结合的社会化评价模式,推动实现包容共富型治理、整体性治理、数字智慧治理以及德法共治的融合治理。Chinese modernized urban governance is based on Chinese modernization theory,led by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thesis on the modernization of urban governance.It’s based on the vivid practice of urban governance in China,which aims to push forward and guarantee that the goal of Chinese modernization can be achieved steadily and far-reaching.The theory not only shares the same characteristics of the governance in all cities around the world,but also has distinctive features based on China’s national conditions,reflecting the characteristics of the times and fully tapping into the strengths of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of Chinese modernization,the practice of urban governance is facing problems and challenges in the provision of public services,the operation of the governance system,the differentiation of urban structure,the public awareness of the people,the resilience of risk management,and the cross-domain synergy between urban and rural areas.Therefore,Chinese modernized urban governance led by the mega-city governance modernization,should focus on constructing and improving a new urban governance system based on integrated Party building.Furthermore,it’s realized by the social evaluation mode of cooperation between the government and society,and the combination of the upper and lower levels of society.In addition,it’s essential to promote the realization of inclusive and commonwealth governance,holistic governance,digital and intelligent governance,and fusion governance by virtue and law.
