摘　　要：目的探讨基于PRAM分级的对应式动态管理模式在儿科的应用效果。方法以2022年4月—2023年4月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院儿科工作的护士12人为研究对象。2022年4—10月,实施常规管理;2022年11月—2023年4月,采取对应式动态护理管理模式,对管理工作加以优化。管理后,从管理类不良事件的发生率、护士的护理工作质量的评分、护士对管理模式的满意度调查等方面,比较管理效果。结果对应式动态管理模式实施后,在管理类不良事件发生率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在护理工作质量评分方面,对应式动态管理模式实施后,常规护理质量、护理细节完成质量、突发事件护理质量、综合护理质量评分均高于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护士对管理模式的满意度调查方面,对应式动态管理模式实施后,与常规管理模式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于PRAM分级的对应式动态管理模式,有效提高了儿科的管理效果。Objective To explore the application of corresponding dynamic management model based on PRAM grading in pediatrics.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,12 nurses working in the Department of Pediatrics of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College were used as study subjects.From April to October 2022,conventional management was implemented.From November 2022 to April 2023,the corresponding dynamic nursing management model was adopted to optimize the management.After the management,the management effect was compared in terms of the incidence of management adverse events,the nurses'scores on the quality of nursing care,and the nurses'satisfaction with the management model.Results After the implementation of the corresponding dynamic management model,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of management adverse events(P>0.05).In terms of nursing quality scores,after the implementation of the correspondence dynamic management model,the scores of routine nursing quality,nursing detail completion quality,emergency nursing quality,and comprehensive nursing quality were higher than those of the conventional management model,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nurses'satisfaction survey of management mode,there was no statistical significance between the corresponding dynamic management mode and the conventional management mode after the implementation(P>0.05).Conclusion The correspondence dynamic management model based on PRAM grading effectively improves the management effect in pediatrics.
