护士分层级管理理念提高心内科护士护理质量的效果

摘　　要：目的探析护士分层级管理理念对提高心内科护士护理质量的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在长沙市第一医院心内科工作的护士24名归入常规组,此阶段开展常规理念的护理管理,2022年1—12月期间在本院心内科工作的护士24名归入分层组,此阶段开展护士分层级管理理念的护理管理。对不同管理理念下的护士测评结果、护士护理质量、发生护理缺陷占比、管理理念的满意率进行对照分析。结果分层组的护士测评结果较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层组护士护理质量较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层组发生护理缺陷占比较常规组略低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分层组管理理念的满意率较常规组略高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心内科护士管理时,开展护士分层级管理理念的护理管理能够增强护士专业水平,提高护士护理质量,减少护理缺陷情况,且管理理念的满意率较高。Objective To explore the effect of nurses'hierarchical management concept on improving nursing quality in cardiology department.Methods 24 nurses working in the cardiology department of Changsha First Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the routine group,and nursing management based on the routine concept was carried out in this stage;24 nurses working in the cardiology department of our hospital from January to December 2022 were classified into the stratified group,and nursing management based on the hierarchical management concept was carried out in this stage.The evaluation results,nursing quality,incidence of nursing defects and satisfaction rate of nurses under different management concepts were compared and analyzed.Results The results of nurses in stratified group were higher than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of stratified group was higher than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of nursing defects occurring in stratified group was slightly lower than that in conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Satisfaction rate of management concept in stratified group was slightly higher than that in conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the management of nurses in the department of cardiology,the nursing management with the concept of hierarchical management of nurses can enhance nurses'professional level,improve nurses'nursing quality,reduce nursing defects,and the satisfaction rate of the management concept is high.
