摘 要:目的对层级管理模式在健康管理中心护理管理中的应用效果进行探析。方法回顾性分析2022年2月—2023年2月赤峰市医院健康管理中心20名护理人员的护理管理情况,按照不同管理方式分为对照组和观察组,每组10名。对照组实施常规管理措施,观察组实施层级管理措施,对比两组护理人员的理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩、综合素养能力,对比两组护理人员对管理方式的满意度。结果干预后,观察组护理人员的理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩、综合素养能力均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理人员对管理方式的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在健康管理中心护理管理中应用层级管理模式能够有效提升护理人员的理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩、综合素养能力,提升其对管理方式的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of hierarchical management model in nursing management of health management center.Methods A retrospective analysis of the nursing management situation of 20 nursing staff in the health management center of Chifeng Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 was divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods,with 10 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine management measures,the observation group implemented hierarchical management measures,compared the theoretical knowledge scores,practical ability scores,and comprehensive literacy abilities of the two groups of nursing staff,and compared the satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff with the management methods.Results After intervention,the theoretical knowledge,practical ability,and comprehensive literacy of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differencs were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group with management methods was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By applying the hierarchical management mode in the nursing management of health management center can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge achievement,practical ability achievement,and comprehensive literacy ability of nursing staff,and improve their satisfaction with the management style,with high application value.
