公立综合医院卫生应急管理工作的困境及应急方案研究

摘　　要：从公立综合医院卫生应急管理工作的困境来看,目前公立综合医院主要存在应急管理机制不健全、信息管理机制不健全、应急方案制定不详及应急人员意识需要提高等问题。针对上述存在问题,应通过完善应急管理体制、规范医院应急信息化流程,通过完善应急方案即应急监测、应急指挥及应急管理,继而加强应急队伍建设,提高公立综合医院卫生应急管理能力。From the plight of public general hospital health emergency management,the current public comprehensive hospital there are emergency management mechanism is not sound,the information management mechanism is not sound,the consciousness of emergency plan formulation is unknown and emergency personnel need to improve.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to improve the emergency management system,standardize the hospital emergency information process,and improve the emergency plan,that is,emergency monitoring,emergency command and emergency management,so as to strengthen the emergency team building and improve the health emergency management capacity of public general hospitals.
