老年人锻炼动机与身体活动关系的实证分析

摘　　要：利用身体活动动机量表及老年人PA量表等工具,以社区为单位,依照年龄分层抽样法,抽取广州、韶关两地共45个社区2 135名老年人作为研究对象.结果显示老年人健康动机排在首位,其次为社交动机、外貌动机和乐趣动机,能力动机最弱,他们参加体育锻炼主要原因是防病治病、增加体力活动和减轻压力调节情绪,提高自身的健康状况;主动考虑前人的指引、巧用激进及鼓励,是促进老年人参与体力活动的重要途径;探讨老年人锻炼动机与身体活动的关系,可为老年人健康研究提供参考.Using tools such as the Physical Activity Motivation Scale and the Physical Activity Scale for the Elderly(PASE),this study conducted a community-based analysis,employing age-stratified sampling,to select 2,135 older adults from 45 communities in Guangzhou and Shaoguan,China,as research subjects.The results indicated that older adults' motivation for health ranked highest,followed by social motivation,appearance motivation,and enjoyment motivation,with ability motivation being the weakest.The primary reasons for their participation in physical exercise were disease prevention and management,increasing physical activity,stress reduction,and mood regulation to improve their health.The study suggests that considering previous guidance,using motivation enhancement techniques,and providing encouragement are important ways to promote older adults' participation in physical activities.This analysis explores the relationship between exercise motivation and physical activity among older adults and offers valuable insights for research on the health of the elderly.
