摘  要:基于丁羟胶(HTPB)自由基聚合制备机理,对HTPB结构组成的内在原因进行分析,发现聚合过程中的异构化、歧化终止及链转移是导致HTPB复杂组成的主要原因;通过对HTPB官能度及固化物网链结构进行分析,发现HTPB样品中过多单官能度组分是恶化其固化物性能的主要原因;采用凝胶点理论分析了HTPB平均官能度对HTPB/TDI黏合剂凝胶速度的影响,结果表明,丁羟胶平均官能度与凝胶速度呈正相关关系。最后,结合实际装药案例,提出了通过优化黏合剂配方,调控HTPB推进剂工艺及力学性能的思路和方法。The intrinsic reasons for the complex structure of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)were analyzed based on the free radical polymerization mechanism,and it is found that the isomerization,disproportionation termination,and chain transfer phenomena that occurred during the polymerization process are important reasons for the complexity of HTPB composition.Then,the functionality of HTPB and the cross-linked network structure of the cured elastomer were theoretically analyzed.The results show that the excess of monofunctional components in the HTPB sample is the main reason for the degradation of the mechanical properties of cured elastomers.Furthermore,the effect of HTPB functionality on the gelation rate of the HTPB/TDI cured system was analyzed ac-cording to the gel point theory,and the results indicate that the functionality of HTPB is positively correlated with the gelation rate.Finally,combined with the actual charging cases,the ideas and methods for regulating the process technology and mechanical proper-ties of HTPB propellant by optimizing the binder formula were proposed.
