摘 要:基于石墨烯在抗渗透型复合材料中的阻隔效应,采用填料负载的方法向固体推进剂衬层中引入石墨烯,以提高衬层的抗迁移性能。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试方法表征负载型石墨烯填料的形貌、结构与元素组成。采用单向拉伸试验法与浸渍吸收法分别研究衬层试样的力学性能与抗迁移性能。结果表明,功能化石墨烯均匀负载于二氧化硅(SiO_(2))表面;在SiO_(2)载体的驱动作用下,石墨烯均匀分散在衬层基体中并提高衬层的力学性能;分散的石墨烯在衬层中构筑成石墨烯防迁移层,使衬层的抗硝酸酯迁移性能提高,其中SiO_(2)@FG的防迁移效果最显著,含SiO_(2)@FG的衬层试样中硝酸酯迁移系数与含SiO_(2)的试样相比降低50%以上。Based on the barrier effect of graphene in impermeability composite materials,graphene was added into solid propel-lant liner by filler surface assembly method to improve its anti-migration performance.The morphology,structure,and composition of filler-carried graphene were characterized by SEM,TEM,Raman spectra,XPS and so on.The mechanical properties and anti-migration performance of solid propellant liner were studied by unidirectional tensile test and immersion absorption test respectively.The results show that functionalized graphene is uniformly assembled on the surface of silicon dioxide(SiO_(2)).Driven by SiO_(2) carri-er,graphene is uniformly dispersed in the matrix,which improves the mechanical properties of liner.Well-dispersed graphene in the matrix forms a graphene-based anti-migration layer,which can inhibit migration of nitrate esters(NE)from propellant to liner.SiO_(2)@FG shows the most significant barrier effect among filler-carried graphenes.The migration coefficient of NE in the liner samples containing SiO_(2)@FG is reduced by more than 50%compared with that of the samples containing SiO_(2).
