摘  要:从玉米的生长发育和抗病性出发,利用外源性寡糖-葡甘露寡糖(GMOS),通过在玉米种质阶段采用不同质量浓度的葡甘露寡糖拌种及苗期后,叶面喷施不同质量浓度葡甘露寡糖,探究葡甘露寡糖的不同使用方式及其质量浓度的变化对生长发育的影响及对玉米矮花叶病和大斑病的防控效果。结果表明,GMOS对玉米生长及抵御疾病有明显的作用。GMOS拌种处理可以增加玉米的株高,采用GMOS叶面喷雾可提高产量,并且不同的处理方式对玉米矮花叶病和大斑病都有显著防治效果。总之,在玉米种植中使用GMOS对玉米生长及抵御病害有积极影响。To investigate the effects of different applications of glucomannan oligosaccharides and their concentrations on the growth and development of maize as well as on the control of Northern Leaf Blight of corn and Maize Dwarf Mosaic disease by using different concentrations of glucomannan oligosaccharides in seed dressing at the germplasm stage and foliar spraying of glucomannan oligosaccharides after the seedling stage.The results showed that GMOS had an obvious effect on the growth and disease resistance of maize:the plant height could be increased by seed dressing,use GMOS leaf spray could increase the yield and different treatment methods with GMOS had significant control effects on Northern Leaf Blight of corn and Maize Dwarf Mosaic disease.Overall,using GMOS in maize planting could be a means of positively influencing maize growth and disease resistance.
