摘  要:为提升茶叶生产与加工技术专业的建设水平,通过查阅文献、问卷调查、专门访谈等方式,对毕节市茶叶专业人才队伍现状及需求进行调研分析,并对茶叶生产与加工技术专业教学改革提出建议。结果表明,茶叶行业、企业人员整体技术水平偏低,未来3年对毕业生需求较大。To raise the level of the development of tea production and processing technology specialty,the present situation and demand of tea professionals in Bijie were investigated and analyzed by means of literature review,questionnaires,and special interviews,some suggestions on the teaching reform of the major of tea production and processing technology were put forward.The results showed that the overall technical level of tea industry and enterprise personnel was low,and the demand for graduates in the next 3 years was large.
